The setup lift has held for four full weeks on scam-free cohorts: steps completed up at every threshold, locations and services significantly up, Stripe intent nearly doubled. Client creation trends up but is not significant, and the team row is flat at its true (much lower) level. The conversion verdict is now final: 14-day organic conversion is level โ 5.1% before, 5.0% after. Card clicks stayed down 46%.
Zero-step users fell from 51% to 44%, holding for four full weeks. The gain lands at 2 and 3 steps.

Locations up 8.7 points (z 4.3), services 4.7 (z 2.5), import 2.5 (z 1.5, borderline โ scam accounts inflated the raw import number), payments 1.2.

Teammate row counts each design's own invite actions: staff records before the 2 July invite revamp; invitations, direct adds and invite links after. The checklist's team step is not comparable across designs, so it is not shown.
All numbers on this page exclude scam signups at source (the 31 July correction found scams mass-creating fake clients and staff, which had briefly made the client lift look significant and the team row look positive). On clean cohorts: client creation trends up (+3.0 points, z 1.7) but stays short of significance after four weeks; the teammate rate is flat at its true ~5% level; note creation and booking-link sharing sit slightly below baseline but within noise โ booking is worth one look at six weeks. The card decline is genuine โ scam accounts click no cards โ and has persisted the full month.
Top 2 cards take about 4 in 10 clicks. The bottom 4 feature cards earn roughly 2 clicks a day each across all users: show them only when relevant.

Day N is the 24-hour window N days after each person's own signup; incomplete windows excluded (after cohort n = 977 for day 7). Day 7 always lands on the same weekday as signup, which is why it runs slightly above day 3 in the baseline.
Week 1 was a real dip; every week since sits inside the June band โ three consecutive in-band weeks now. The 14-day organic comparison, on scam-free cohorts with two full post-release weeks mature, is level: 5.1% before, 5.0% after.

What this says about the April "3+ steps โ subscription cliff": V3 pushed roughly 25 to 40% more people past 3 real steps, and conversion did not move. The cliff reads as intent-revealing rather than causal โ people who were going to convert always did more setup. Power note: at n = 700 the 14-day read rules out changes larger than about ยฑ2 points; a smaller effect either way remains possible but nothing in four weeks of data hints at one.
